Hence, it`s no wonder that the drink itself was given this name.  As Cass explains, this beverage will not only satisfy your thirst but also positively affect your digestive system at the same time. It will reduce flatulence and eliminate discomfort and bloat.

Many nutritionists claim that the combination of regular consumption of this magical water and moderate physical activity will also help you blast your belly fat and get simply get back to flat! According to those who have consumed this beverage on regular basis and followed a proper diet regimen, they have managed to lose up to 26 pounds. So, as you can see for yourself,  the results are more than amazing!

Ingredients:

  • 8 glasses water
  • 12 fresh mint leaves and 1 teaspoon dried mint
  • 1 cucumber ( medium-sized, peeled, and cut into slices)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger root ( grated)
  • 1 lemon ( medium sized, cut into slices)

 

Instructions:

The preparation is extremely simple. All you need to do is to mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and let them stay overnight. It is recommended to keep the bowl refrigerated.

Consumption:

You are supposed to drink 4-5 glasses of the “Sassy Water” throughout the day.  In order to get optimum and instant results, start drinking it in the morning before you eat anything. You will feel one pound lighter within the very first two hours.

Note:  Pregnant women and nursing mothers and not recommended to drink the “Sassy Water”, as they may experience an allergy to any of the included ingredients or some stomach issues.
