The BEST Soup Cleanse: Eat This Soup Every Day to Fight Inflammation, Belly Fat And Disease!

Today, we are suggesting an effective 30day soup cleanse, which will provide all the needed nutrients, minerals, and vitamins for the body, and improve the performance of the liver, gut, kidneys, lymphatic system, lungs, and skin.

Soups are one of the cleanest foods, that effectively detoxify the body, boost immunity, and help digestion. They are rich in fiber, so they help weight loss and energize the body, and regulate blood sugar levels.

According to Angela Blatteis, co-author of “The Soup Cleanse: A Revolutionary Detox of Nourishing Soups and Healing Broths from the Founders of Soupure”, “Soup is food. It’s incredibly satiating, very nutrient- and vitamin-rich. Juice was not designed to be a meal — you’re flooding your body with sugar.”

Vegetable soups are loaded with complex carbohydrates, whereas the increased natural sugar content in fruits boosts your energy levels.

We suggest doing a soup cleanse for a day only at first, and the next month, you can increase up to three days. You should consume from 5- 6 bowls of soup daily.

You can add healing spices, like garlic, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, to the soups to boost their nutritional value. You should keep the body properly hydrated as well, so drink plenty of water, or about ½ your weight in ounces of water each day.

Prepare a broth, vegetable broth, bone broth, or Miso, and add greens and veggies, like onions, leeks, kale, carrots, plantain, beets, sweet potato, acorn squash, butternut squash, lentils, and beans.

Include healthy fats like avocado, coconut, or olive oil, and ghee, spice it up, and blend.

Carrot Ginger Detox Soup Recipe


  • 2 pounds carrots, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 onions, peeled and chopped
  • 6 cups bone or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons ghee or coconut oil
  • Sea salt, black pepper and onion powder to taste
  • 2 tablespoons plain protein or collagen powder (optional)


Mix the garlic, broth, ginger, and carrots in a pan, boil the mix, and leave it to simmer. Sauté onions in a pan, add ghee, and cook for a bit. Then, add the broth mixture, and blend it all together.

Add the coconut milk and season.

Broccoli Detox Soup


  • 2 cups vegetable or bone broth
  • 2.5 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 celery stalks, finely diced
  • 2 carrot, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 onion, finely diced
  • 1 cup kale or spinach
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons collagen (optional)


Heat the oil and add the broccoli, onion, and celery sticks. Cook for 5 minutes, add the broth and cook it to boil. Then, let it simmer for 5 minutes, and blend it.

Ginger Curry Carrot Soup


  • 1-quart vegetable broth
  • 1/2-full can light coconut milk
  • 1lb bag of baby carrots
  • 2-3 tablespoons curry powder
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons minced ginger
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil


Cook the ginger and garlic in some coconut oil and curry in a pot. Next, add the vegetable broth and carrots, and cook again. Bring the mixture to boil, simmer it for 25 minutes, and then blend, slowly adding the coconut milk. Garnish with curry.

Red Lentil Detox Soup


  • ½ cup red lentils, rinsed
  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 apple, peeled and chopped
  • 1 small white onion, chopped
  • 2 large carrots, peeled and chopped
  • ¼ cup coconut oil, olive oil, or ghee
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ¼ cup coconut oil, olive oil, or ghee
  • 4.5 cups bone or vegetable broth
  • 1-inch fresh ginger, peeled and minced
  • ¼ cup coconut oil, olive oil, or ghee
  • Sea salt and black pepper
  • Coconut cream


Over medium heat, warm up the oil, and add the chopped onion, apple, carrots, and potatoes. Cook for 10 minutes, for the onions, to become crystallized. Add broth, paprika, cumin, lentils, ginger, and chili powder to the pot, boil the soup for about half an hour, and blend it.

Then, let it simmer again for a few minutes, season, and top it with coconut cream.

Zucchini Basil Soup


  • 6 zucchini
  • 1-quart turkey bone broth
  • 1 cup basil leaves
  • ½ cup chopped white onion
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced


Cook the garlic and onion in some oil in a pot for several minutes, and then add the broth and zucchini. Cook for 20 minutes and bring the mixture to boil. Then, remove it from heat, add basil, and blend. Season with salt and pepper.
