- Hot mustard
- Baking soda
- Sea salt
Pour all the ingredients into a ceramic bowl and mix them with a wooden or plastic spoon until you get a homogenous mixture. Once they’re a well-mixed transfer it in a glass jar and close the lid and your ointment is ready to use.
Apply the ointment on the painful joint, massage it gently to rub it all in and cover it with a plastic wrap. Wrap the affected area in a woolen scarf to keep everything in place, but don’t tie it too tight. Leave the ointment on for 1-2 hours.
